Insurer Rebates Under the Medical Loss Ratio Provision in the ACA

This week the The Kaiser Initiative on Health Reform and Private Insurance released a report on insurer rebates under the medical loss ratio provision of the Affordable Care Act. The report contains estimates of rebates due in 2012 from insurers by state. 9 lists have been posted on healthsprocket which contain some of the data from this report.
