- $445 - Far western Wisconsin.
- $423 - Southern Georgia.
- $405 - Wyoming (All counties except Natrona and Laramie).
- $399 - Southeast Mississippi.
- $395 - Vermont (Vermont does not allow premiums based on age, so does not reflect price for 40-year-old)
- $383 - Fairfield, Conn.
- $381 - Alaska.
Notes: Based on the average monthly premium for a 40-year-old enrolled in a silver exchange-based health plan.
