- Coordination-Only D-SNPs: 24% (2.6 million)
- Individual Medicare Advantage (MA) Plans: 17% (1.9 million)
- Medicare-Medicaid Plans: 3% (0.4 million)
- FIDE SNPs: 3% (0.3 million)
- Other SNPs: 2% (0.2 million)
- PACE: 0.4% (0.05 million)
Notes: Dual eligibles: individuals enrolled in both Medicare and Medicaid. SNP: special needs plan. D-SNPs: dual eligible special needs plans. FIDE: Fully Integrated Dual-Eligible. PACE: Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly. "Other SNPs" includes institutional SNPs and chronic condition SNPs.
