- Are hospitals viable participants in ACOs?
- Should asymmetric models be continued?
- How should benchmarks be set initially and rebased for subsequent agreement periods?
- Should the 5 percent bonus for clinicians in advanced alternative payment models (A–APMs) be distributed differently to encourage A–APM participation?
- What will be the relationship between specialists and two-sided ACOs?
- Are two-sided ACOs a long-term option in the Medicare program?
