- Comprehensive: 8% increase for employee coverage, 13.4% increase for family coverage
- HMO/EPO: 6% increase for employee coverage; 1.6% increase for family coverage
- PPO/POS: 1.3% increase for employee coverage; 0.4% decrease for family coverage
- HRA: 4% decrease for employee coverage; 0.8% increase for family coverage
- HSA Eligible: 2.6% decrease for employee coverage; 0.6% increase for family coverage
