- Insurance Security: no caps for long-term conditions, no gender price discrimination
- Open Notes, the IT project that ensures data transmission with the PERSON!
- Rise of domestic medical travel, so excellence can grow nationally and access can grow locally
- Telehealth. mHealth. Quantified self.
- Interoperability: the rise of the PERSON as the data hub.
- Accountability: PERSONS are asking more of the right questions on safety, efficiency, personal health
- Release of CMS data: commercial benchmarks can be constructed
- PERSONS are being recognized as patients sometimes, PERSONS always. Social Determinants are included
